Job OpportunityWe are seeking a skilled professional to support daily operations, monitoring, and administration of key security platforms.Email Security ManagementMonitor and investigate email security alerts (spam, phishing, malware) to prevent potential threats.Review quarantined messages and assist users with release/false-positive requests to minimize disruptions.Collaborate with stakeholders to configure updates such as policies, URL defense, and impersonation protection to enhance email security.Assist in preparing reports on email threats and security trends to inform decision-making.Identity and Access GovernanceSupport user lifecycle management (provisioning, deprovisioning, access modifications) to ensure compliance and efficiency.Review access requests and help enforce access approval workflows to maintain data integrity.Collaborate with teams to assist in periodic access certifications and role-based access reviews to ensure optimal access levels.Monitor IAM alerts and help resolve basic access governance issues to prevent potential risks.Endpoint Privilege ControlMonitor endpoint privilege escalations and policy enforcement across endpoints to prevent unauthorized access.Support the onboarding of new endpoints into EPM policies to streamline operations.Collaborate with teams to manage least-privilege settings and handle user exceptions to maintain endpoint security.Review endpoint security logs and help respond to suspicious activity to prevent potential threats.General Security Operations SupportContribute to incident response by collecting logs, evidence, and performing initial analysis to inform decision-making.FOLLOW established SOPs and update documentation when processes change to ensure continuity.Collaborate with security, IT, and operations teams to resolve security issues and maintain a secure environment.Provide user support and help drive compliance with security policies to maintain a secure culture.
