STEM Expert ContributorThis is an opportunity to work as a critical contributor in shaping the brain of our AI. As a STEM expert, you will be responsible for creating, reviewing and refining high-quality data. Your primary responsibility will be to meticulously evaluate AI responses for accuracy, clarity and pedagogical effectiveness.I. Key ResponsibilitiesData Creation & Curation:Create and refine high-quality data, including detailed solutions, explanations and step-by-step derivations for STEM problems across various difficulty levels.Evaluate all content against established quality rubrics, style guides and pedagogical standards, focusing on accuracy, clarity and effectiveness.Ai Response Evaluation & Feedback:Evaluate AI-generated responses for correctness, coherence, pedagogical soundness and adherence to specific instructions.Provide clear, constructive and actionable feedback to the AI model, identifying errors, inaccuracies or areas for improvement in its reasoning and presentation.Subject Matter Expertise Application:Apply deep knowledge in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Coding or Finance to assess complex problems, verify solutions and develop alternative approaches.Stay updated with advancements and common curriculum standards in your respective STEM field to ensure content relevance and accuracy.II. Required Skills & QualificationsA Master's degree (M.Sc./M.Tech) in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Coding or Finance or a closely related field from a premier institution.Demonstrable academic excellence, strong expertise across a wide range of topics within your subject and excellent conceptual understanding.Proven experience in teaching, tutoring, content writing or academic research in your specialized STEM field.III. Personal Attributes & Soft SkillsMeticulous and detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and a keen eye for minute details.Pedagogical aptitude with the ability to explain concepts in an easy-to-understand, step-by-step manner.Analytical and critical thinker capable of critically evaluating information and applying analytical reasoning to solve problems.
