Job TitleSenior AssociateJob DescriptionWe are seeking a seasoned professional to manage the full Internal Audit lifecycle, encompassing audit planning, scope definition, checklist preparation, execution, and reporting.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute internal audits and risk-based process reviews for treasury functions across major financial institutions.Develop and implement audit plans, define scopes, prepare checklists, conduct audits, and generate reports.RequirementsHold an MBA/CA degree with 5-8 years of experience in treasury audit of banks/NBFCs/Big 4s/accounting firms.Possess strong experience in treasury audit/risk roles.Demonstrate a deep understanding of treasury risk and controls, as well as compliance requirements.Exhibit experience in the financial services industry, with knowledge of Indian regulatory guidelines.Display excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills. Showcase advanced proficiency in MS-Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Demonstrate strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
