**Job Title: Schedule Manager**This role involves overseeing the development and maintenance of detailed schedules for construction and commissioning projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in trackingsite progress, analysing schedule deviations, and forecasting slippages.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain detailed Level 3/4 construction & commissioning schedules.Track daily, weekly, and monthly site progress.Measure physical progress using EVMS or Planned vs. Actual methods.Analyse schedule deviations and forecast slippages with mitigation strategies.Coordinate with engineering, construction, procurement & commissioning teams.Interface with subcontractors for schedule updates and work-front planning.Lead and participate in daily/weekly planning & coordination meetings.Maintain baseline schedules and monitor impacts or changes.Track scope changes and support TIA / EOT claim preparation.Prepare and update S-curves, histograms, manpower/equipment/material KPIs.Prepare accurate progress and performance reports for management.Create and monitor Project Plans, Daily Progress Reports (DPR), and Daily Manpower Reports (DMR).Generate and analyse project-level P&L statements.Ensure integration of schedule with resource and cost plans.Track team/discipline performance against planned schedules.Requirements:Education:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.Benefits:Competitive salary.Opportunities for professional growth and development.We Offer:A dynamic work environment.Collaborative team.
