The ideal candidate should have working knowledge of accounting software and a basic understanding of financial and taxation principles.Key Responsibilities:Handle day-to-day accounting operations, including data entry, voucher preparation, and invoice processing.Maintain accurate records of sales, purchases, payments, receipts, and journals.Prepare and manage GST returns, TDS filings, and other statutory compliance.Reconcile bank statements and supplier/vendor accounts.Assist in monthly closing, ledger maintenance, and preparation of financial reports.Coordinate with auditors and provide required documents during internal and external audits.Monitor and control petty cash and expenses.Ensure accurate and timely processing of bills and payments.Maintain proper filing of accounting documents for future reference.Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field (B.Com / M.Com preferred).1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and basic computer applications.Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other Indian tax regulations.Good communication skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Preferred:Candidates from nearby locations.Experience in [insert industry, e.g., construction, manufacturing, trading] will be an advantage.Willingness to work on-site or in-office full-time.Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹15, ₹18,000.00 per monthExperience:Accounting: 2 years (Preferred)Work Location: In person
