Senior Software Quality Assurance ManagerWe are seeking a seasoned Senior Software Quality Assurance Manager to lead our QA team and drive quality excellence.Key Responsibilities:Develop and enforce comprehensive quality standards and best practices.Design and implement advanced test automation strategies for regression and performance testing.Establish and maintain robust QA processes across Web, Mobile, and Backend platforms.Collaborate with product and development teams to integrate quality into every stage of development.Drive continuous improvement in testing methodologies and processes.Manage complex test environments and coordinate testing activities across platforms.Create and maintain detailed test documentation and reporting.Mentor junior QA engineers and help grow the QA function.Requirements:Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.6+ years in QA, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.Hands-on experience with automation tools: Playwright, Selenium, BrowserStack.Strong programming skills in Python and TypeScript.Experience testing Web, Mobile, and Backend platforms.Performance testing experience (JMeter, K6, or similar).Solid understanding of Git, CI/CD pipelines, API testing, and database testing.Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.Experience working in fast-paced startups and remote teams.Self-driven, organized, and proactive.
