Job Overview:The Head of Equity Capital Markets will spearhead the firm's strategy for raising equity, managing IPOs, FPOs, QIPs & placements. They will originate mandates through relationships with corporates/investors and ensure regulatory compliance with SEBI.Key Responsibilities:Lead the ECM team to boost shareholder value & market presence.Generate new mandates by cultivating relationships with promoters, PE funds & family offices.Develop investor collateral and engage with FIIs, DIIs, MFs.Manage roadshows, monitor equity markets, volatility & sector performance.Prepare pitch books & market commentary for internal advisors & clients.Required Skills & Qualifications:Strong understanding of capital markets is required.Financial modeling & valuation basics are necessary.Deep understanding of IPOs, QIPs & listing processes is essential.A strong background in Investment Banking/ECM with 15+ years experience is needed.Benefits:This role offers a unique opportunity to drive growth and expansion in the equity capital markets.
