Roles and Responsibilities: ● Conduct outbound calls to potential delegates, introducing upcoming events and encouraging their participation. ● Respond to inbound calls and emails by addressing event-related queries and assisting with registrations. ● Communicate the value proposition of each event effectively, tailoring conversations to match delegate interests and industry relevance. ● Maintain accurate records of interactions, registrations, and feedback to ensure data consistency and follow-up efficiency. ● Follow up with prospective leads and reconnect with previous attendees to drive higher engagement and attendance. ● Stay updated on event details, speakers, agendas, and relevant industry trends to deliver informed and engaging communication to delegates.
