Job OpportunityAs a key member of our organization, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining IT infrastructure, providing top-notch support to employees, and ensuring secure access to our systems.Key Responsibilities:Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Deliver exceptional remote support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues. Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including provisioning laptops, accounts, and tools. Maintain comprehensive documentation for technical support procedures.Systems Administration: Oversee user account management and permissions across tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, GitHub, Jira, Zoom, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure). Regularly monitor system access and ensure adherence to organizational policies. Provide assistance with VPN, endpoint security, and multi-factor authentication setup.Network & Security Management: Implement robust IT security best practices to safeguard sensitive data (aligning with HIPAA and SOC2 standards). Conduct regular audits of access controls, patches, and updates. Respond promptly to IT security incidents and escalate as necessary.Process Improvement & Global Collaboration: Suggest and implement process enhancements in IT workflows. Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to support remote deployments and field devices when needed. Offer overlapping coverage with US hours for cross-team collaboration.
