What you'll do:
In this role, you will be responsible for managing all customer relationship management efforts at Driffle. Creating and executing CRM campaigns that engage, retain, and grow our customer base. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders, and bring creativity and precision to every touchpoint. Expertise in CRM tools such as WebEngage, CleverTap is essential, alongside outstanding English copywriting skills.
Lead CRM Campaigns: Develop, implement, and optimize CRM campaigns across email, push notifications, in-app messages, and SMS, driving user engagement, retention, and reactivation.
Content & Copywriting: Craft compelling and effective copy that speaks to the audience, delivering clear and persuasive messages that align with our brand tone and voice.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with marketing, product, data, and customer support teams to align CRM efforts with overall business objectives and customer needs.
Tool Expertise: Leverage CRM tools like WebEngage for campaign setup, automation, A/B testing, and performance tracking.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze CRM campaign data and user behaviors to continually optimize the customer lifecycle, ensuring campaigns are data-driven and results-oriented.
Segmentation & Personalization: Create highly segmented and personalized customer journeys to increase customer loyalty and lifetime value.
Project Management: Oversee CRM projects from ideation to execution, ensuring timely delivery and cross-functional alignment.
What you’ll need:
Proven experience (1-3 years) in CRM management, preferably within the e-commerce industry.
Expertise in CRM tools such as WebEngage or similar platforms.
Exceptional English copywriting skills, with an eye for detail and creativity.
Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously.
Data-driven mindset, with experience in campaign analysis and optimization.
Collaborative, team-oriented approach with strong communication skills.
