Key Roles and ResponsibilitiesThe Senior AI Engineer is responsible for leading the end-to-end design, implementation, and optimization of Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to deliver accurate and contextual answers.Additionally, they will integrate, manage, and fine-tune commercial and open-source Large Language Models (LLMs) like OpenAI, Gemini, Llama, DeepSeek for use in chat interfaces and AI-powered applications.To ensure high performance and low latency similarity search, the engineer will optimize embedding strategies and manage vector databases.The engineer will also develop and enhance Optical Character Recognition (OCR) and document layout analysis solutions to process complex file types for RAG and embeddings.Furthermore, they will implement Computer Vision models to process and extract intelligence from image and video files.In evaluating model requirements, the engineer will make strategic decisions on when to use pre-trained models, fine-tune existing models, or build custom models from scratch to meet client needs.Lastly, the Senior AI Engineer will lead the custom training and fine-tuning of machine learning models and pre-trained models for specific tasks.Key Skills and QualificationsStrong experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing RAG pipelinesProficiency in integrating, managing, and fine-tuning commercial and open-source LLMsExpertise in optimizing embedding strategies and managing vector databasesKnowledge of Optical Character Recognition (OCR) and document layout analysis solutionsAbility to develop and implement Computer Vision modelsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience with machine learning operations best practicesBenefitsAs a Senior AI Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and contribute to innovative projects.
