We are looking for talent that is hungry for growth and can hustle to deliver in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Requirements Gathering and Documentation: Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with developers, UX/UI designers, quant researchers, and other cross-functional team members throughout the product development lifecycle.Product Development and Testing: Work closely with developers to prioritize tasks, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of trading operations and reporting features.Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor key performance indicators related to trading operations and reporting solutions, such as user engagement, performance, and reliability.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or related field.Experience working in financial services, exchange operations, trading, and similar industries.Proven experience (4+ years) in product management, with a focus on functional requirements for web applications.Understanding of crypto markets, and derivative products - futures and options is desirable.Experience working in cross-functional agile teams and collaborating with developers, designers, and other stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and make data-driven decisions to drive product success.
