 JOMS (Just One More Step) combines creativity and technology to develop innovative products that elevate customer experiences. We are building a disruptive platform and are looking for a Tech Lead to drive architecture, hands-on development, and team mentorship.

Key Responsibilities
  • Architecture & System Design: Own and implement micro-services architecture using Spring Boot (Java/Kotlin).
  • Security: Enforce API security best practices, including JWT-based authentication/authorisation.
  • DevOps & CI/CD: Set up pipelines, containerisation (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
  • Hands-on Development: Lead development of backend services and Flutter-based mobile/web applications.
  • Code Quality: Establish coding standards, conduct reviews, and implement automated testing.
  • Mentorship: Guide developers, collaborate with product managers, and drive Agile execution.
  • Troubleshooting: Act as escalation point for complex technical issues and performance bottlenecks.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years in full-stack development, with 2+ years as Tech Lead or Architect
  • .Strong expertise in Java/Kotlin, Spring Boot, Micro-services, JWT security
  • .Proven experience with Flutter & Dart for cross-platform apps and web panels
  • .Knowledge of distributed systems, REST/gRPC APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases, and message queues
  • .Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
  • .Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
