About the Role: As a Product Owner for Enterprise Digital Applications at Delphi, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the product vision and roadmap for large-scale enterprise solutions. Focused on scalability and transitioning to a SaaS model, you will collaborate with stakeholders, manage the product lifecycle, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality, innovative solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to lead product initiatives and drive impactful change within the enterprise digital landscape.

What You’ll Do:

• Product Vision & Roadmap Ownership: Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise-grade digital applications, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with stakeholders to define product features and requirements, focusing on scalability, innovation, and transitioning to a SaaS model.
• Lifecycle Management: Oversee the product lifecycle from ideation through delivery, ensuring solutions are scalable, robust, and meet customer expectations.
• Innovation & Market Relevance: Drive product innovation to ensure our digital applications remain competitive and meet evolving market needs.
• Customer Focus: Engage with clients to understand their challenges and feedback, ensuring that the product addresses pain points and delivers tangible value.
• SaaS Model Leadership: Spearhead the transition of digital applications to SaaS platforms, emphasizing performance, scalability, and user-friendly features that align with evolving cloud technologies.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within scope.

What You’ll Bring:

• Proven Expertise: 10+ years’ experience in building and managing enterprise-grade digital applications, with a focus on SaaS solutions and cloud transformations.
• SaaS Expertise: Strong understanding of SaaS models and experience transitioning products to cloud-based platforms.
• Solution Design: Strong knowledge of solution architecture, including the design and deployment of scalable, secure, and reliable digital applications tailored to business needs.
• Technical Proficiency: Hands-on expertise with Microsoft technologies, including Azure hosting and cloud-based solutions.
• Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage relationships with stakeholders.
• Collaboration Skills: Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering and technical teams to deliver top-tier products.
• Leadership: Proven leadership capabilities to guide teams through complex product challenges, manage priorities, and foster a culture of innovation and excellence
• Metrics-Driven Mindset: Experience managing key performance indicators (KPIs) and aligning product outcomes with business metrics to ensure measurable success.
