Technical Support Engineer for Web/Mobile ApplicationsThe role of Technical Support Engineer for web/mobile applications is a challenging and rewarding position that requires excellent communication skills, technical knowledge, and problem-solving abilities. As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be the primary point of contact for customers experiencing technical issues with our software applications.Key Responsibilities:Provide timely and effective technical support to internal and external users via various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.Collaborate with the development team to identify and resolve technical issues, and provide feedback on product improvements.Develop and maintain knowledge of our software applications, including their features, functionality, and technical requirements.Communicate complex technical information to customers in a clear and concise manner, ensuring that they understand the issue and the solution.Work closely with the client success team to ensure seamless customer experiences and high levels of customer satisfaction.Assist in the creation and maintenance of documentation, such as user guides, release notes, and troubleshooting resources.Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support for critical issues.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve technical support processes and procedures.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, or equivalent experience.3-5 years of experience in technical support for web-based business applications with a mobile interface.Working knowledge of Linux, Java, JavaScript (React), MySQL, AWS, and other relevant technologies.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.Experience with ticket management tools like Clickup, Jira, Trello, and remote desktop applications.Proficiency in browser-based debugging, JSON format, REST APIs, database queries, and logs.Development mindset to scale into a developer with minimal training.Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
