Job Description The Store Manager plays a pivotal role in the successful operation of a retail establishment. They are responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, including sales, customer service, staff management, inventory control, and overall store performance. The Store Manager is accountable for creating a positive shopping experience for customers while achieving sales targets and maintaining the store's profitability. Key Responsibilities: Sales and Customer Service: Set sales goals and targets in alignment with company objectives. Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales and meet or exceed sales targets. Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered by the store team. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional manner. Staff Management: Recruit, hire, and train new staff members. Provide leadership, guidance, and ongoing coaching to store employees. Schedule and manage staff shifts to ensure adequate coverage. Conduct performance evaluations and address any performance-related concerns. Inventory Management:  Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely replenishment of products. Implement effective inventory control practices to minimize shrinkage and losses. Visual Merchandising: Schedule and manage staff shifts to ensure adequate coverage. Conduct performance evaluations and address any performance-related concerns. Inventory Management:  Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely replenishment of products. Implement effective inventory control practices to minimize shrinkage and losses. Visual Merchandising:  Ensure the store layout and displays are visually appealing and adhere to company standards. Implement merchandising strategies to highlight products and drive sales. Regularly update displays to reflect new arrivals and promotions. Financial Management: Monitor and control expenses to maintain store profitability. Prepare and manage the store budget, including sales forecasts and cost projections. Analyze sales data and financial reports to make informed business decisions. Operational Excellence:  Maintain the store's cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations. Manage the store's opening and closing procedures, including cash handling. Marketing and Promotions:  Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and events. Provide insights and recommendations to higher management based on data analysis.Education/Experience Qualifications and Requirements:  Experience: At least 3-4 yrs of experience in mobile sales Bachelor's degree in in any field with good communication skills in English Previous experience in retail management or a related supervisory role. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using retail management software and point-of-sale systems. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Analytical mindset to interpret sales data and make strategic decisions. Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required. As the Store Manager, you will be the driving force behind the store's success, ensuring that it operates smoothly, efficiently, and profitably while providing exceptional customer experiences.
