Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Credit Manager to oversee the credit assessment and loan approval process for HL, LAP & MSME loans. The Credit Manager will play a critical role in evaluating customer financials, mitigating risks, and ensuring portfolio quality while complying with regulatory guidelines and internal policies.

 Key Responsibilities:

·      Assess creditworthiness of potential customers based on financial statements, income documents, CIBIL reports.

·      Evaluate loan applications and make informed recommendations or approvals within delegated authority. Able to handle the big-ticket size (our ticket size is start from 50L)

·      Ensure timely processing and disbursement of loans with strict adherence to company policies and compliance norms.

·      Monitor loan portfolio performance, identify delinquent accounts, and initiate corrective actions.

·      Coordinate with the sales and collections team for seamless operations.

·      Maintain proper documentation and records for audits and regulatory inspections.

·      Analyze market trends, customer segments, and competitor offerings to suggest improvements in credit policy.

Key Requirements:

·      Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred).

·      5–8 years of experience in credit underwriting, preferably in the loan/financial services sector HL, LAP & MSME.

·      Strong understanding of credit risk analysis, financial ratios, and regulatory norms (RBI, NBFC guidelines).
