India’s semiconductor journey is accelerating We’re hiring Project Directors to lead one of the country’s largest semiconductor infrastructure projects (Phase 2) at Sanand, Gujarat.

We are looking for seasoned Project Directors with proven experience in semiconductor plant/fab construction to lead this landmark development.

If you’ve built clean rooms, wafer fabs, chip manufacturing facilities, or high-tech industrial plants , this role offers the opportunity to be at the forefront of India’s semiconductor revolution .

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in executing complex, high-value projects in the semiconductor domain, with strong leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams, contractors, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end project execution of semiconductor infrastructure construction (Phase 2).
  • Manage planning, budgeting, scheduling, and overall project governance to ensure timely delivery.
  • Oversee contractors, consultants, and vendors, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards.
  • Drive stakeholder management, including client representatives, government agencies, and industry partners.
  • Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies for smooth execution.
  • Ensure seamless coordination between engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams.
  • Deliver projects within scope, cost, and schedule commitments.

Key Requirements:

  • 18+ years of experience in large-scale construction projects , with at least 5+ years in semiconductor infrastructure projects .
  • Proven expertise in semiconductor plant/fab construction ; exposure to clean rooms, MEP, high-tech facilities is highly preferred.
  • Strong background in project management, stakeholder coordination, and vendor management .
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Preference will be given to candidates from Semiconductor industry projects ; Datacenter project experience will be considered as the last option.
