Senior Tax Compliance ManagerWe are looking for a seasoned tax professional to join our team as a Senior Tax Compliance Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our company's compliance with indirect tax obligations and regulations.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in GST law, experience with process formulation and implementation, and excellent communication skills. You will work closely with our tax function team to identify opportunities for improvement and implement new or revised tax policies.Your responsibilities will include:Identifying opportunities to improve GST invoicing, recording, and reporting processesImplementing new or revised tax policies and monitoring their periodic effectivenessStandardizing processes, preparing process notes, and ensuring effective implementation across all GSTINs of Max Network entitiesReviewing the GST return of for all GSTINs of Max Healthcare Group entities; suggesting and tracking improvementsStreamlining Input Tax Credit availment and utilization mechanism for all GSTINs of Max Network entities and minimizing ITC lossOn-site periodic review to ensure laid-down policies are being followedThis is an exciting opportunity for a motivated tax professional to make a significant impact on our company's compliance and risk management efforts.The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:Qualified Chartered AccountantMinimum 9 years of core experience in Indirect Taxes particularly in GSTExperience working with mid/large organization with multistate operations and/or Big-4 consulting firmWell-versed with procedural part of GST lawHands-on experience of GST processes formulation and implementation in ERP/IT systemsPractical experience of GST implementation including carrying out business impact assessment and IT impact assessment particularly change management in IT systemsExperience appearing before Senior tax officers and handled litigation up to CESTAT levelIf you are a driven tax professional looking for a new challenge, we encourage you to apply for this position.
