This role involves driving technology transitions, influencing solution adoption, and building customer simulations to resolve complex problems.This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to join our team and make a meaningful impact on our customers' success.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver effective support for customer problem resolution and engage in complex technical challenges.Collaborate with engineering teams to identify and resolve serviceability issues.Provide technical guidance and expertise to address customer problems.Promote a culture of excellence.Enhance technical skills within relevant domains and related technologies.Consult with customers and stakeholders to plan and design solutions.Support pre-sales activities by translating business requirements into solution designs.Monitor and troubleshoot network systems.Required Skills and QualificationsStrong knowledge of enterprise technologies, including ASR, Catalyst, and switching platforms.Understanding of IP routing protocols and VPN configurations.Hands-on experience with IPsec, VPN configuration, and troubleshooting.Familiarity with DMVPN architecture, HSRP, and VRRP.Experience with Cisco router platforms and tunneling technologies.Strong analytical skills to diagnose complex network issues.Knowledge of encryption standards.
