Job Title: Machine Learning and Computer Vision ExpertAbout the Role:We are seeking a seasoned expert in Machine Learning and Computer Vision to develop and deploy real-time AI systems focused on video analytics.Key Responsibilities:Develop, optimize, and deploy Computer Vision, Tracking, Action Recognition, and VLM models in production environments.Build and manage real-time video pipelines using RTSP and FFmpeg for multi-stream handling.Deploy AI inference services on GCP/local server infrastructure with auto-scaling and GPU acceleration.Design scalable inference services using Flask/FastAPI, Docker, and REST APIs.Work with CUDA, GPU optimization, TensorRT/ONNX for real-time model performance.Implement model optimization techniques (quantization, pruning, batching, async pipelines).Build robust multi-threaded/multi-process systems for high-throughput streaming.Debug and profile performance bottlenecks across model, networking, and system layers.Requirements:Proven experience in developing and deploying Machine Learning and Computer Vision models.Expertise in Real-Time Systems, Linux, and Networking.Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, and Java.Familiarity with cloud platforms like GCP and containerization tools like Docker.Experience with model optimization techniques and deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch.Strong understanding of computer vision concepts, including object detection, tracking, and recognition.What We Offer:A dynamic and collaborative work environment.A competitive salary and benefits package.The opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI projects.Professional development and growth opportunities.A chance to make a meaningful impact in the field of AI and computer vision.
