Job OpportunityWe are seeking a talented UI Engineer to join our team. This challenging role involves designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and performant full-stack web applications using React/Next.js, Java, and Node.js.This role requires strong expertise in Front-End Development, including the ability to develop dynamic, responsive, and interactive user interfaces using React/Next.js.The successful candidate will also have experience with Node.js Services, including the design and implementation of efficient, event-driven, and scalable services using Node.js.Key Responsibilities:Designing User Interfaces: Develop clean, modular, and maintainable code for front-end development projects.Implementing Node.js Services: Design and implement efficient, event-driven, and scalable services using Node.js.Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.Code Reviews & Best Practices: Participate in peer code reviews to ensure best practices for software development, including testing and deployment.Performance Optimization: Focus on optimizing performance, including database queries, and addressing scaling issues to handle increasing load and traffic efficiently.Agile Methodology: Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning and retrospectives, and contribute to continuous improvements in engineering practices.Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree: In computer science or equivalent experience.Experience: 5+ years total related experience.JavaScript: 4+ years of experience building scalable web applications using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related frontend technologies.React/Next.js: 2+ years of experience with React/Next.js, including state management, hooks, component-based architecture, and responsive design.Node.js: 1+ years of experience developing server-side applications with Node.js, including experience with RESTful APIs and GraphQL.Databases: Hands-on experience with relational and NoSQL databases, including schema design, query optimization, and transactions.Cloud & DevOps: Familiarity with cloud platforms and containerization tools.API Design: Expertise in designing and consuming RESTful APIs, working with third-party APIs, and ensuring secure and efficient data flow across services.Unit Testing: Experience with automated testing frameworks and a strong focus on test-driven development for both back-end and front-end code.Version Control: Proficiency in Git, including branching, pull requests, and managing large codebases.Agile Methodologies: Experience working in Agile teams using Scrum or Kanban methodologies.Problem-Solving & Leadership: Strong analytical skills with a passion for solving technical problems.Communication & Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
