Our team of experienced designers and entrepreneurs are dedicated to creating a brand worth $100 million in just 2 years.Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to join our team at YoHo Designs Pvt Ltd. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various interior design projects from inception to completion. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India, and is suitable for candidates with less than 1 year of experience.Qualifications and SkillsBachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related fieldStrong organizational and project management skillsAbility to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlinesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in project management software and MS OfficeKnowledge of the interior design industry and materialsAttention to detail and strong problem-solving abilitiesLeadership qualities and the ability to motivate and inspire team membersRoles and ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee interior design projects from start to finish, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budgetCoordinate with clients and understand their requirements, preferences, and budgetsConduct site visits, measurements, and assessments to develop accurate project plansCollaborate with designers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project executionManage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectivelyMonitor and report project progress to stakeholders, addressing any issues or concerns promptlyEnsure compliance with safety, legal, and quality standards throughout the projectProvide leadership, guidance, and support to the project teamIdentify and mitigate project risks and implement corrective actionsMaintain excellent client relationships through effective communication and customer service
