Job OverviewAs a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to regulatory and client-specific guidelines in our clearance and settlement processes.Process Monitoring: Conduct thorough quality audits on clearance and settlement processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with industry standards.Error Analysis & Root Cause: Analyze process gaps, reconciliation errors, and settlement breaks; perform root-cause analysis and recommend corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.Reporting & MIS: Prepare detailed quality reports and dashboards to track performance metrics, compliance levels, and areas for improvement.Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure consistent quality standards and interpretations across our operations.Process Improvement: Support continuous process improvement initiatives, update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and ensure compliance with market regulations and internal controls.
