Job Description
As an Area Sales Manager, you will establish and nurture relationships with doctors and other healthcare providers to promote our IVF services. We seek a candidate whose expertise in sales and passion for healthcare will play a crucial role in expanding our network and driving patient referrals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in BHMS, BHS, BDS, BAMS, or a related field.
- Proven experience of at least 2-3 years in B2B sales in the healthcare sector, preferably with gynecologists.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape, particularly in reproductive health or fertility services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Leadership skills to lead the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to target gynecologists, fertility specialists, and relevant healthcare providers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare community.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to educate potential partners about our IVF services and clinic offerings.
- Identify opportunities for collaboration and partnership with healthcare providers.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to establish long-term partnerships.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and partner feedback.
