Procurement Leader OpportunityAs a procurement leader, you will oversee the strategic management of all purchasing activities across our organization. Your key responsibility is to drive effective supplier sourcing, contract negotiation, and procurement processes that support global programs, events, technology platforms, and operational functions.Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals.Manage vendor sourcing, evaluation, selection, and performance monitoring across multiple categories.Lead contract negotiations to secure favourable terms, pricing, and service-level agreements.Implement procurement policies, risk controls, and compliance frameworks across global operations.Oversee purchase orders, supplier agreements, and procurement documentation.Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to forecast needs and ensure seamless procurement support.Conduct market research, cost analysis, and supplier benchmarking to drive cost efficiency.Ensure ethical, transparent, and sustainable procurement practices.Key Skills and QualificationsBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement or strategic sourcing, preferably in multinational or fast-growing environments.Strong negotiation skills with proven experience managing diverse supplier portfolios.Solid understanding of procurement governance, cost management, and vendor lifecycle management.Ability to analyze data, manage budgets, and develop procurement dashboards.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
