User Experience Designer and Developer

Job OpportunityWe are seeking a skilled User Experience Designer and Developer to join our team. As a UI/UX Developer, you will be responsible for creating user-centered design solutions that meet the needs of our clients and internal stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into actionable design plans.Design and develop visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for web applications and in-house products.Analyze user feedback and apply it to improve and enhance work products, ensuring high-quality website responsiveness.Work closely with automation/RPA and .Net/Web developers to integrate UI components into .NET/Web applications.Requirements:Strong expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Figma, Illustrator, Flash & Flex) and proficiency in hand-on design and development using C#.NET.Experience building responsive web/App design and conducting usability testing to identify and fix UI issues.Familiarity with visual aids such as wireframes, storyboards, and UI flow charts.6+ years of experience as a .NET Developer or Application Developer, with 3+ years of experience as a SharePoint Developer.Mastery of ASP.NET framework, SQL Server, and design/architectural patterns.Proficiency with jQuery, Client Object Model, and Service-Oriented Architecture.Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming, MVC, Design patterns, and SOLID principles.What We Offer:A dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth and professional development.A competitive compensation package and benefits program.The chance to work on challenging projects and make a meaningful impact.About Us:We are a company that values innovation, collaboration, and customer satisfaction.
