This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) who are comfortable executing day-to-day content updates within an enterprise CMS environment.You will work closely with client stakeholders, senior content authors, QA teams, and business analysts to ensure accurate, timely, and high-quality content publishing across digital platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform day-to-day content authoring and updates in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)Create and update web pages using predefined templates and componentsUpload, manage, and update digital assets within AEM DAMApply metadata, tags, and basic SEO elements (titles, descriptions, alt text)Follow established content workflows (authoring, review, approval, publish)Validate content through previews to ensure accuracy, formatting, and responsivenessFix content issues identified during QA/QC reviewsEnsure content adheres to brand guidelines, style guides, and accessibility standardsCoordinate with senior content authors, QA, and client teams for smooth deliveryMaintain documentation and track content changes as requiredRequired Skills & Qualifications3–5 years of experience in content authoring or CMS-based rolesHands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM – Sites) is mandatoryUnderstanding of:AEM components and templatesPage authoring vs asset managementBasic AEM workflowsBasic knowledge of HTML and CSS (for troubleshooting layout/content issues)Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and web content best practicesStrong attention to detail and quality mindsetAbility to work onsite at the client office in Delhi, Monday to FridayGood communication and coordination skillsGood to HaveExperience with AEM DAM, Content Fragments, or Experience FragmentsBasic awareness of accessibility standards (WCAG)Experience working in an agency or enterprise environmentExposure to content migration or large-scale content updatesWhat We’re Looking ForSomeone who is process-driven and comfortable working within structured systemsA team player who can execute tasks accurately and on timeWillingness to learn and grow within an enterprise AEM ecosystemWhy Join SchbangOpportunity to work onsite with a leading enterprise clientExposure to large-scale AEM implementationsClear learning path in enterprise content operationsCollaborative and fast-paced work cultureThis role requires physical presence at the client site in Delhi and does not offer remote or hybrid working.
