About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Application Architect with a strong background in designing and implementing enterprise-grade applications. This role requires a hands-on leader who can design scalable, secure, and high-performance systems while managing a team of talented software engineers, Gen AI developers, and NLP engineers. The successful candidate will oversee the end-to-end development and deployment of AI-driven enterprise applications on Google Cloud.


Key Responsibilities:


Architecture Design:

  • Define the architecture of enterprise applications considering scalability, performance, and security best practices.
  • Create high-level architectural specifications, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Optimize applications for cloud-native environments, leveraging Google Cloud Platform.

Technical Leadership:

  • Lead a cross-functional team of software engineers, Gen AI developers, and NLP engineers.
  • Provide technical direction, mentoring, and support to the team.
  • Oversee the development lifecycle, from requirement gathering to deployment and monitoring.

Technology Expertise:

  • Work hands-on with technologies including React.js, Python, Kubernetes, and Google Cloud services.
  • Integrate Gen AI and NLP components into enterprise applications.
  • Implement containerized and microservices-based architectures using Kubernetes.

Security & Performance:

  • Ensure all applications meet stringent security requirements and performance benchmarks.
  • Conduct regular code and design reviews to identify and mitigate potential risks.

Collaboration & Communication:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Work closely with DevOps and cloud teams to ensure seamless application deployment.


Required Skills & Experience:

  • 10+ years of experience in software development, including a minimum of 4 years in an architecture role.
  • Expertise in React.js and Python for building enterprise-grade applications.
  • Strong experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration and microservices deployment.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including services like GKE, Cloud Functions, and BigQuery.
  • Proven ability to design and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance systems.
  • Experience in leading teams working on AI/ML applications, particularly in Gen AI and NLP domains.
  • Deep understanding of security standards, performance tuning, and compliance requirements for enterprise applications.
