Conduct thorough code reviews to uphold standards and best practices.Collaboration: Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, UX Designers, and other developers to understand requirements and deliver robust, end-to-end solutions.Technical Leadership: Mentor team members on backend and frontend development best practices, focusing on building scalable and efficient solutions.DevOps Integration: Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automate build and deployment processes.
