Job DescriptionAt our company, we're building a cutting-edge ecosystem of digital products and services that empower everyday life across the Middle East.We aim to deliver exceptional customer experiences by harnessing the power of artificial intelligence (AI) and driving innovation in this region.As an AI Customer Success Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our customer support capabilities and driving business growth through the strategic implementation of AI solutions.Key Responsibilities:Identify opportunities for AI-driven enhancements in customer-facing channels, leveraging data to inform decisions and propose impactful solutions.Conceptualize and implement AI-powered workflows designed to reduce contact rates, handling times, and enhance customer sentiment analysis for tailored resolutions.Cross-collaborate with technology, product, data engineering, business, and commercial teams to consolidate consumer insights into actionable decision-making frameworks.Develop and implement Co-pilot for chat and inbound support, utilizing insights from customer sentiments, pain points, profiles, and knowledge bases to craft personalized responses.Utilize data and past customer interactions to personalize experiences across various channels, ensuring seamless engagement and resolution.Upskill CS teams to effectively utilize AI capabilities, including prompt construction and data interpretation, promoting a culture of continuous learning.Partner with Learning & Development to create relevant courses and playbooks, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and expertise development.Establish a feedback loop between engineering, CS, and product teams to continuously evolve AI capabilities, driving improvements and innovations.Define and track key success metrics such as CSAT, Contact Deflection, AI Adoption, and Resolution Rates, transforming successes into compelling stories showcasing the impact of AI on support operations and cost savings.
