Understand client requirements, staffing needs, and challenges to propose tailored staffing solutions that align with their business objectives.Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing ongoing support, addressing concerns, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.QualificationsA proven track record of 5 years in business development and sales within the IT staffing industry is essential. Strong negotiation and closing skills are required, along with excellent communication and presentation skills. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite is also necessary.Experience in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets.In-depth knowledge of the IT and non-IT staffing market, including current trends, technologies, and industry players.
