Seeking an experienced Data Support Expert to serve as the primary point of contact for complex data-related issues. This individual will be responsible for providing high-level technical support, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring optimal system performance.The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in SQL, Python, and cloud technologies like Azure, Databricks, and PySpark. Additionally, experience with ETL/ELT pipelines, ticketing tools, and data quality checks is highly desirable.Primary point of contact for data ingestion, consumption, and pipeline issues.Proactively monitor data pipeline health to ensure stability and uptime.Perform root cause analysis on recurring issues to identify and document long-term fixes.Support data quality checks and recommend corrective actions.Technical skills: Strong expertise in SQL, Python, data pipeline concepts (ETL/ELT), and experience with cloud platforms.Ability to troubleshoot complex technical problems and prioritize multiple support requests.Key Qualifications8+ years of experience in data support or related field.Strong knowledge of SQL, Python, and cloud technologies.Experience with ETL/ELT pipelines, ticketing tools, and data quality checks.BenefitsThis role offers a unique opportunity to work on complex data-related issues and collaborate with internal teams.
