Senior Solar Power Systems EngineerWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Solar Power Systems Engineer to lead engineering excellence behind hybrid renewable power plants combining solar PV and battery energy storage systems (BESS).This is an opportunity to drive innovation in the renewable energy sector, shaping control philosophies that meet demanding grid code and system operator requirements.The ideal candidate will have:B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics / Instrumentation Engineering.7–10 years of experience in PV, BESS, Hybrid Controller, and SCADA system design and integration.Proven expertise in power system control strategies, grid compliance, and hybrid renewable plant design.This role involves leading the design and integration of advanced Plant Master Controllers (PMC), ensuring seamless coordination between PV, BESS, and grid systems.
