Genome Analyst Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled professional to perform high-quality analysis of genomic data, review and interpret variants, and generate clear reports for physicians and clients.This role requires expertise in human genetics, variant interpretation, and genomic technologies.The successful candidate will have hands-on experience with NGS data interpretation and familiarity with genomic databases such as ClinVar and gnomAD.A strong understanding of ACMG/AMP guidelines and company standards is essential.Key Responsibilities:Genomic Data Analysis: Perform high-quality analysis of whole exome, whole genome, and targeted gene panel sequencing data.Variant Interpretation: Review and interpret variants according to ACMG/AMP guidelines and company standards.Report Generation: Generate clear, accurate, and clinically relevant genetic reports for physicians, clients, and internal teams.Collaboration: Collaborate with laboratory scientists, bioinformaticians, and clinical teams to ensure timely and accurate case review.Knowledge Management: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of genetic databases, variant classification tools, and the latest literature.Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Genetics, Genetic Counseling, or a related field.Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Working Environment:This is a remote work opportunity that requires the ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
