Senior Transfer Pricing Specialist

**Job Overview**We are seeking a motivated Transfer Pricing Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals interested in developing strong technical skills in international tax and transfer pricing.**Key Responsibilities**Assist in preparing Transfer Pricing documentation in line with UAE CT law, OECD guidelines, and relevant regulations.Support benchmarking studies using global databases.Conduct financial and economic analyses for related-party transactions.Assist in preparing Local Files, Master Files, and Country-by-Country related deliverables.Research UAE Corporate Tax legislation and international tax/TP developments.Support in the preparation of client presentations, proposals, and reports.Work closely with seniors/managers to execute client engagements.Maintain accurate working papers and project documentation.**Requirements**Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related field.0–2 years of experience in Transfer Pricing, tax, or financial analysis (freshers welcome).Strong analytical and numerical skills.Good communication and report-writing skills.Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Eagerness to learn and build expertise in Transfer Pricing.**What We Offer**Structured training and continuous learning opportunities.Exposure to high-quality TP and international tax engagements.Growth in a leading tax advisory environment.Collaborative and supportive team culture.
