Our mission is to provide fast, reliable healthcare services to the people of India.Manage end-to-end sourcing and replenishment for prescription medications, over-the-counter products, and wellness items across our hyperlocal dark stores.Develop and refine reorder triggers based on real-time sales velocity, expiry tracking, and store-level consumption patterns.Maintain a live inventory availability of >98% on top 1,000 SKUs, ensuring 20-minute delivery reliability.Lead Procurement Across Dark StoresManage Multi-Channel Vendor NetworkLeverage Technology for Procurement AutomationForecast Demand and Plan InventoryDrive Cost Efficiency and ComplianceSupport Business Growth and Expansion2–5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management – preferably in pharmaceuticals, FMCG, or quick commerce.Hands-on experience with RetailIO, Tata 1mg Partner, MedleyMed, Pharmarack, or similar B2B medicine platforms.Strong skills in vendor management, cost negotiation, and purchase planning.Analytical, data-driven, and comfortable using tools like Excel, BI dashboards, or procurement software.Able to work in a fast-paced startup environment where speed, ownership, and adaptability are essential.Bonus: Experience with pharmacy delivery E-commerce or Q-commerce.
