Role Description ::
TheOperations & Logistics Executive will be responsible for overseeing the smooth functioning of the Back End Office Work and providing essential support to the team. This role revolves around managing day-to-day office operations, coordinating with cross-functional teams and handling travel arrangements for clients & team members. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented and possesses excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
This is a full time role. Your ability to work under a fast paced environment will be crucial for this job.
Key Responsibilities ::
Office Operations :
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including procurement of supplies (e.g., stationery, other items).
- Skilled in MS Office & Google Suites. Document your work in a proper manner
- Ensure a well-maintained and organized office environment.
- Prepare Agreements, Invoices etc
Team Support :
- Coordinate with the Business Development team to gather and update the data and performance metrics.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams.
Travel Management :
- Plan and coordinate travel arrangements for the team and clients including booking flights, hotels and transportation.
- Handle visa and passport requirements for international travel.
- Manage expense reimbursements and travel itineraries.
