Mechanical Engineer PositionWe are seeking a highly skilled MEP Professional to oversee the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing aspects of commercial office fit-out projects.Key Responsibilities:Create detailed designs for HVAC, electrical, lighting, ELV, fire safety, and plumbing systems. Develop and update AutoCAD drawings, load calculations, equipment sizing, cable routing, and layout plans.Calculate heat loads, select capacities, and finalize ducting layouts. Plan VRV/VRF units, cassette units, AHUs, FCUs, exhaust systems, and fresh air systems.Design electrical distribution, panel schedules, DBs, cabling, earthing, and lighting layouts. Plan CCTV, access control, fire alarm, PA system, data/voice cabling (structured cabling). Ensure compliance with electrical safety and commercial building codes.Develop water supply, drainage, STP connections, washrooms, RO lines, and pantry points layouts. Oversee sprinkler layouts, fire extinguishers, hydrants, and fire pump room requirements.Monitor day-to-day MEP execution for commercial fit-out projects. Manage contractors, technicians, and vendors to ensure timely and quality project delivery.Coordinate with architects, interior contractors, and civil teams for integrated services. Attend project meetings, track progress, and update management on timelines.Conduct system testing, commissioning, and ensure smooth handover to operations team. Verify quality standards, equipment installation, and functionality checks.This role requires excellent communication skills, strong technical knowledge, and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.Proven experience in MEP design and execution.Strong understanding of AutoCAD and other relevant software.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.What We Offer:A competitive salary package, opportunities for career growth and professional development, and a collaborative work environment.How to Apply:Send your resume and cover letter to [contact email].
