Our product range includes XRF analyzers, TGA/DSC systems, Spectrometers, Flammability testers, and Precision Testing Instruments used across industries such as automotive, steel, electronics, polymers, chemicals, oil & gas, defense, space and research institutions.We are seeking a dynamic and technically sound Senior Sales Engineer to join our growing team.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage sales across India for high-technology laboratory and testing instruments.Engage with clients in R&D, QA/QC, and production environments across industrial, academic, and government sectors.Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions with customers.Build long-term relationships with clients.Prepare and submit tenders, proposals, and quotations in line with company and government requirements.Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, installation, and after-sales support.Travel across India (approximately 25–50%) for customer meetings, exhibitions, and site visits.Qualifications & SkillsEducation: B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech/M.Sc/Ph.D or equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Physics, or related disciplines.Experience: 5–10 years in technical sales of analytical, scientific, or industrial instruments.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Strong technical understanding and ability to explain complex systems.Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable with frequent travel.What We OfferCompetitive salary and performance-based incentives.Opportunity to represent advanced technologies from international OEMs.Exposure to diverse industries and high-value projects across India.Supportive and growth-oriented work culture.Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹25, ₹37,500.00 per monthBenefits:Health insuranceExperience:Direct sales: 5 years (Required)Work Location: In person
