The role involves designing and conducting experiments, optimizing processes, and supporting technology transfer from lab to pilot and plant scale.RequirementsM.Sc. in Organic / Industrial Chemistry with 2–3 years of relevant lab experienceExposure to surfactants, emulsifiers, and process scale-upStrong understanding of esterification, sulfonation, ethoxylation, propoxylation, and carboxylation reactionsHands-on experience with autoclaves, EO/PO handling, and analytical tools (NMR, GC, HPLC, LC-MS)Detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and collaborative team playerRoles and ResponsibilitiesConduct lab-scale experiments for process development and optimization.Support process scale-up from lab → pilot → commercial plant.Work on yield improvement, impurity profiling, and process safety.Maintain experimental records, prepare reports, and ensure documentation accuracy.Collaborate with production, QA/QC, and EHS teams for smooth project execution.Why Join Us?Work on cutting-edge R&D in surfactants and specialty chemicals.Hands-on exposure to process development, scale-up, and tech transfer.Opportunity to grow into Process Development Lead / Scientist roles.Collaborative culture focused on innovation, safety, and learning.
