Job Title: Head of Embedded NVM TechnologiesAbout the Role:We are seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead our Embedded NVM Technologies initiative. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the integration of eNVM features across our platform technologies, including MTP and Flash.Key Responsibilities:Integration of eNVM features into 28-110nm platform technologies, including MTP and Flash.Design and layout of test chips for device/technology optimization, reliability assessment, and SPICE model extraction.End-to-end project management from initial project justification to final qualification and yield ramp.Building and leading a cross-functional team across diverse geographies.Competitor benchmarking and ownership of technology roadmap.Requirements:M.S or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or equivalent.Strong understanding of CMOS and eNVM device physics, process modules, yield improvement, failure mechanisms, analytical techniques.Deep understanding of key eNVM technologies such as charge trap, floating gate, RRAM, MRAM, etc.Skills and Qualifications:Ability to lead cross-functional teams and achieve project completion within timeline and cost targets.Ability to work across different cultures and geographies.Innovation and competitive mindset.
