Technical Project Manager RoleAbout the Job:We are seeking a skilled Technical Project Manager to lead multiple technical projects from initiation to delivery. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring successful project outcomes by aligning project plans and activities with relevant workgroups.Key Responsibilities:Direct and manage multiple technical projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring progress to ensure timely completion within budget constraints.Provide regular, accurate, and comprehensive project updates in a clear manner, tailored to specific audiences from project teams to executive stakeholders.Maintain close watch on project progress, risks, and resource requirements; adjust and mitigate issues as needed to achieve successful project outcomes.Develop and maintain productive working relationships with business partners, external vendors, and internal teams through transparent collaboration and negotiation.Manage project finances, adhering to financial constraints while closely monitoring key performance indicators to make informed decisions.Implement projects using hybrid methodologies (Waterfall and Agile), ensuring streamlined workflows.Leverage project management tools and processes, promoting adherence and advocating for best practices.Support Program Managers with program management tasks as needed.Work independently, seeking guidance only in complex situations.Pursue creative solutions, driving continuous process improvement within the PMO practice.Analyze internal and external business challenges, providing recommendations to enhance products, processes, or services.Requirements and Qualifications:Proven track record of successfully managing multiple technical projects.Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile and Waterfall).Able to analyze complex data, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies.Strong negotiation and collaboration skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.Self-motivated and results-driven individual.Benefits:This role offers opportunities for career growth and professional development in a dynamic and supportive work environment.Additional Information:We value creativity, innovation, and adaptability.
