Job Title: SAP Callidus SpecialistAre you looking for a challenging role that leverages your technical skills and attention to detail?About the Role:We are seeking an experienced SAP APMe ICM specialist to maintain, configure and enhance SAP APMe ICM systems, streamlining workflows to ensure accurate commission payments.Key Responsibilities:SAP Callidus System Management:Manage and configure SAP Callidus APM system to optimize performance and efficiency.Broker Agency Onboarding:Design and optimize broker agency onboarding using workflows within the ICM system for broker integration to SAP APM systems and other external systems.Tech Skills:Experience in groovy scripting and API programming within SAP Advanced workflow is highly desirable.Collaboration and Communication:Collaborate with stakeholders and other team members to gather requirements, implement and provide technical solutions.Process Improvement:Perform ongoing changes to APM systems as per business needs and troubleshoot/resolves SAP APM system issues and workflow issues.Documentation and Compliance:Document system configurations changes and process flows for compliance and knowledge sharing.Training and Support:Support testing, training and change management initiatives.
