Role Summary: Senior UX DesignerLead the design strategy and UX vision for complex digital products, ensuring alignment between user needs and business goals. Drive the end-to-end design process—from research and ideation to execution—while collaborating with cross-functional teams (Product/Engineering) to solve complex usability challenges and ensure a seamless, cohesive user experience.What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)- Lead mobile-first design strategy and ensure a cohesive UX ecosystem.- Conduct usability testing and research (qualitative/quantitative).- Drive design from ideation to execution, developing high-level concepts/flows.- Collaborate within an Agile framework and effectively present to stakeholders.- Manage design systems, advocate for best practices/accessibility, and use UX metrics for iteration.What We're Looking For (Required Qualifications)- 5+ years of impactful UX design experience; compelling UX/UI portfolio.- Deep mastery of UX/UI principles, industry tools (Figma), and Agile methodologies (JIRA).- Proficiency in qualitative/quantitative research and multi-device design.- Proven ability to balance business goals with user needs.- Strong visual/interaction skills, data-informed decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration.- Exceptional communication (presentation) skills; proactive, adaptable, and a team-excelling self-starter.
