We’re now looking for a dynamic, organized, and warm professional to lead our Sales & Client Experience function — someone who can build trust, manage relationships, and ensure every couple feels taken care of from the first enquiry to final delivery. Role Overview The Sales & Client Experience Manager will be the single point of contact for clients from enquiry to delivery. This person will handle sales conversations, contracts, payments, shoot coordination, and post-wedding communication — ensuring a seamless, premium experience at every touchpoint. Key Responsibilities 1.⁠ ⁠Sales & Lead Management • Handle all new enquiries received via Instagram, Website, WhatsApp, Planners, and Referrals. • Qualify leads and understand client requirements, budgets, and expectations. • Prepare and share custom proposals, negotiate packages, and close bookings. • Maintain the Lead Tracker (Zoho CRM) with daily updates on lead status and follow-ups. • Ensure follow-ups are consistent, timely, and documented. 2.⁠ ⁠Client Servicing & Communication • Create and manage client WhatsApp groups post-booking. • Coordinate with the internal team (photographers, cinematographers, editors, finance) for each project. • Share timely updates on shoot details, delivery timelines, and milestones. • Handle client feedback, testimonials, and post-delivery closure gracefully. • Track project progress end-to-end to ensure no client feels “unattended.”3.⁠ ⁠Operations & Reporting • Coordinate with the finance team for advance and balance payments. • Maintain clear records of client contracts, payments, and deliverable stages. • Share weekly reports with the management on: • Leads handled and converted • Active clients and current project stages • Pending payments and deliveries • Client satisfaction and testimonials Ideal Candidate We’re looking for someone who blends warmth and discipline — someone who can sell with empathy and manage clients with structure. Skills & Attributes • Excellent communication — fluent in English and Kannada • Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence • Detail-oriented with strong process discipline • Confident handling high-value clients and premium weddings • Prior experience in photography, luxury events, or hospitality preferred • Proficiency in Google Sheets/Zoho CRM/Excel Experience Required • 3–6 years of experience in client servicing, wedding/event management, or sales in a premium/luxury brand.
