Job Role: Compensation Benefits Specialist We are seeking a skilled professional to develop and oversee the organization's compensation and benefits strategy, ensuring market competitiveness and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities:Compensation Strategy Development: Design and implement salary structures, incentive plans, and benefits programs that support business objectives and workforce needs.Benefits Administration: Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness initiatives, and other perks.Market Analysis and Compliance: Conduct market analyses and participate in salary surveys to ensure competitive and equitable compensation packages. Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and internal policies related to compensation and benefits.Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with Finance and Payroll teams to ensure accuracy in pay and benefits data.
