Data Quality SpecialistData quality is critical to delivering a high-quality product. To ensure data quality, we need to design, implement, and execute comprehensive test plans and scripts for data ingestion, dbt transformation models, and system functionality.Design test plans and scripts for data pipelines and the overall product.Develop automated and manual tests ensuring data quality, completeness, and correctness across Snowflake environments.Validate model integrity and precisionCollaborate with product owners, data engineers, and business users to define acceptance criteria and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).The skill set needed for this role includes experience across multiple testing types: unit, integration, system, UAT. Additionally, data validation expertise, SQL, Python proficiency, familiarity with DBT test frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, orchestration tools like Dagster, dimensional model testing, validating Json formats and data, Azure integration Testing, and defect tracking and reporting are essential.What You'll Need to Succeed:Proficiency in SQL and Python programming languages.Familiarity with DBT test frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.Experience with data validation, dimensional model testing, and JSON format validation.Knowledge of Azure integration Testing and defect tracking tools.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Why This Role Matters:Data quality is critical to delivering a high-quality product.
