Job Opportunity: Finance Functional LeadWe are seeking a seasoned professional to assume the role of Finance Functional Lead. This key position will be responsible for overseeing the implementation, configuration, and ongoing support of Oracle Financial modules in our organization.Responsibilities:Ensure successful implementation, configuration, and ongoing support of Oracle Financial modules.Provide expert guidance on financial applications, including configuration, customization, and integration capabilities.Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve organizational goals.Develop and implement effective financial processes and best practices.Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while delivering high-quality results.Requirements:Chartered Accountant certification.5-10 years of experience as an Oracle Financial Functional Lead, with expertise in Core Finance, AP, GL, CE, CM, FA, and Expense modules.Proven track record of implementing finance solutions, with at least 3-5 end-to-end implementations as a lead.Hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite R12 or later versions and cloud solutions.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills, with a keen attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Oracle certifications (e.g., Oracle Financials Cloud, Oracle E-Business Suite) preferred.Equal Opportunity Statement:We are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment where everyone feels valued and respected.
