Job Description:

We're looking for a passionate and skilled UI/UX Designer to join our on-site team in Chennai. If you have a knack for creating intuitive, beautiful digital experiences and want to make a real impact on education, this is the role for you.

As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for the entire design lifecycle—from research and ideation to crafting pixel-perfect interfaces. Your work will directly shape our AI-based educational ERP, making complex systems simple and engaging for users around the globe.


What You'll Do:


  • Design & Innovate: Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and sitemaps to communicate design concepts.
  • Build Prototypes: Develop high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using modern design tools.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to ensure a seamless user experience.
  • User-Centric Approach: Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to inform design decisions and iterate on solutions.
  • Maintain Standards: Champion design consistency by developing and maintaining a component library and style guide.


What We're Looking For:


  • 4+ years of professional UI/UX design experience, preferably with SaaS or B2B products.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your work in visual design, interaction design, and user-centered problem-solving.
  • Expertise in modern design tools: Knowledge of components, variables, and variants (especially in Figma (preferred), Sketch, or Adobe XD).
  • Proficiency in motion design tools is a huge plus.
  • Experience with A/B testing, user analytics, and heat mapping tools to validate design decisions.
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design principles.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design choices.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field is a plus.
